My husband and I stayed at the Adler Hotel for 6 nights in May 9-15, 2025. And everything was great! Everything, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the location - everything suited us absolutely. Any request or question to the service staff did not go unnoticed. Whether it was a question of where to eat deliciously, or how best to get somewhere, or what time is best to visit this or that attraction. For example, at the reception, we were advised to definitely visit the farmers' market, which is only open on Saturdays - thanks for the advice! Without any problems or extra charges, we were provided with an early check-in and late check-out! Thank you for that too. I would like to add that the first room provided seemed a bit cramped to us and we asked to show us an alternative option if possible. As a result, we received a spacious room for 4 people, consisting of two rooms with two double beds! The room was on the attic floor, but we liked it and preferred to stay in it. And, of course, again without extra charge! Bed linen is changed every 3 days. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but in May it didn't bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you can ask for a room on the upper floors and with windows not facing the bar in the neighboring building. But in general, the hotel is in a great location, on a small side street, 6-7 minutes walk from the main Old Town Square with the astronomical clock. 3-4 minutes walk from a small shopping center and a Billa supermarket. By the way, Freud's head is also there. 2 minutes walk to the metro station.

The location was great - central but still in what felt like a pretty quiet quarter. Not much noise from the street. Very homey feeling, friendly and helpful staff, informal and personal feel (unlike what you get in a big chain hotel). Decent enough breakfast selection. Nice decor, and the building had a proper big staircase. You got a real physical key to the room (and not a boring old keycard)! Decent set of electrical outlets in the room, good lighting. Comfy beds. Daily cleaning. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine when we checked in, and some nicely folded towels. Makes you feel welcome. WiFi was free and worked fine.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the old town and shopping street. Around 10mins walk to Charles Bridge and the historical old town. Really enjoy my stay here at Czech Inn. Room is a bit small for 4 adults, Breakfast is excellent, with lots of bread and cakes. Hotel staffs are friendly, they even decorated the bath towels on the beds on our arrival. and provide us with tourist passes and free coffee and tea at the oldest cafe in Prague Cafe Louvre. And also welcome drinks - champagne! And free fridge magnet when we check out - how sweet!

Hotel is located in a tiny quiet street in a busy central neighbourhood, with several trams lines (9, 18, 22) & metro B -yellow line. Check-in & check-out at reception went smooth. All people working there were kind & helpful to me. My room was cleaned every day around 14:30~15:00. Also, breakfast was fantastic: you can have virtually anything can wish, both sweet & savory: hot dishes, eggs & sausages, cheese, cakes, breads, yoghurts, juices, fresh fruits, coffee machine with espresso & cappucino, even soup and much more.
